Cannot Enter the Butcher's Circus

If you are crashing upon entry or unable to enter the Butcher's Circus via the Main Menu or Hamlet, a game file may be corrupted and needs deleting. 

Here's how: 

1. Turn off Steam Cloud

2. Find your Save Folder (both Local and Remote) 

• PC Save Locations 
• Mac Save Locations

3. Look for profile_9 in all the above locations 

4. Delete the profile_9 

5. Launch the game and try entering the Circus

If you have confirmed that profile_9 has been deleted in all the locations in the links above and you are still unable to enter the Circus, please send an email to [e-mail]
